If you need to transfer donations from one Profile to a new Profile, you will need to delete the current Profile to free up the associated transactions. Once this Profile has been deleted, you are free to associate the now unassigned donations to the new Profile:
1. To delete a Profile click on “Profiles” at the very top of the page
2. Click on “Find a Profile” from the side menu
3. Enter the first OR last name for the donor and hit ENTER (don’t search by full name)
4. Click the red X next to the Profile you need to delete
5. If you have not already, create the new Profile. Click [Add a Profile] from the side menu to create your new Profile.
6. Once your new Profile is created, click on the [Donations] tab and find the Unassigned Donations for your donor. This article will walk you through assigning donations to your new Profile.
